• Your name and phone number
• Your push notification settings
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your favourite shops
• Any recurring orders you've set up
• Your notification history

Anonymized, but kept for accounting

Shops you've ordered from need to keep their own sales records. Your past orders and reviews stay in our system, but you'll show up on them only as “Deleted User,” and the delivery address on each order is removed. Per our Privacy Policy, order records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting purposes, then they age out normally like any other order.

If you're a shopkeeper

If you own a shop that's already been approved and is live on the platform, we can't delete your account here — your shop is never deleted automatically, and support needs to help you close it down properly first. Please email support@merabazaar.in.

How long it takes

Deletion happens immediately once you confirm below — there's no waiting period. You'll be logged out everywhere right away and this account can't be recovered afterward. Your phone number itself is freed up — you (or someone else) can sign up again with it as a brand-new account.
